reForum exists to represent the interests of Picturehouse staff in cinemas across the UK. We are run by and for Picturehouse workers. Our aims are to advocate for fair treatment, promote open communication between Picturehouse management and workers 'on the ground', and to create a strong, engaged, and democratic community of members.

We welcome sign ups from all hourly paid Picturehouse workers and employees up to (and including) Duty Managers.

Whether you're a Customer Service Assistant, Line Chef, or a Supervisor, it is your concerns we're here to voice, represent, and amplify!
